What was(is) the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself? Prioritizing my health on my own. Such as: healing from my c-ptsd, losing weight and gaining muscle in a healthy manner, learning to actually deal with my emotions, quitting alcohol, and even learning who I am.

What details of your life could you pay more attention to? All the positive moments. All the things that I have accomplished.

In what ways does hard work make you feel fulfilled? It gives me results that prove how far I’ve come. It’s a sense of accomplishment of not taking the easy way out that would have made things worse. There’s a sense of pride that comes from seeing what hard work gets you.
