Reasons why I always get sick

Well mainly because I don’t really take very good care of myself. I live in New York city, so it can get very windy and cold. But I don’t mind it. There’s times where I would walk outside without a jacket or a heavy coat to keep me warm. Usually I do that when I’m going somewhere close by. But also when I do cover up I get hot super fast, and I would unzip my coat and/or jacket to cool down. I’m either too cold or too hot. When I’m too hot it’s very hard for me to breathe, yet I need to keep warm on very cold days, yet I don’t like the feeling of not being able to breathe. When it’s too cold I could never get warm enough to be comfortable enough to relax.
Warm weather also gets me sick. Oh did I mention before I don’t really have my own room, I basically sleep under the stairs (Harry Potter had a ROOM under the stairs). Down stairs it gets super cold very quick, and super hot just as fast. Plus I don’t really get enough sleep. That’s both my fault and also because it takes a while to get comfortable in my bed.

So sum up why I get sick easily: I can’t breathe when I’m too hot, so I would take off what’s keeping the cold out. My house gets super cold. I could never get warm enough to not get sick. I don’t sleep well. I basically don’t really take good care of myself.
