Terms of Service

Disclaimers**

  • All communication is through email.

  • Please be advised that you will be required to give me your full name (first and last name) in your email and commission request form.
  • I have the right to decline any commission request
  • All commissions are for non-commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand
  • Charges may be applied to any extra revisions
  • Must complete a Commission Request form
  • I reserve the right to create a sample of your commission to add to my portfolio.
  • I reserve the right to rework any unused sketches to create as prints.

Types of Services

  • Graphic Design (Social Media: Banners, Covers, Icons/Logos): Base price $80
  • Concept Art (Fantasy: Scenes, Characters, Posters): Base price $75
  • Characters (RPG Characters, OCs): Base price $65

Extra Charged Services

  • Design breakdown packet (Graphic Design ONLY)
  • Character reference sheet
  • RPG character’s facial expression sheet

I Won’t Do

  • NSFW
  • Mechs/Robots
  • Hate/ Politics

Payment:

  • The prices are in US Dollars
  • Payment through Ko-fi
  • When paying through Ko-Fi, please write in the note your initials so I am aware of your payment
  • Pricing are project-based
  • Price will be discussed during the intake
  • Base prices range from $65 to $100
  • Extra Charged Services are a +20% charge from the base price
  • A non-refundable 50% of the commission price upfront
  • Reminding payment due before emailing finished commission files.
  • Change from non-commercial to commercial purposes will be a 200% upcharge

How I work:

  • You’ll have 24 hours to send the first payment.
  • If payment isn’t received within 24 hours, I will no longer accept your commission.
  • Once 50% of the commission payment goes through, I start working.
  • I will need consistent communication during each part of the process.
  • Must respond within 48 hours to my emails for reviews before moving forward for each step.
  • If I do not receive a response after 48 hours, I will continue working, but any major changes after this will incur a 2% to 10% extra charge. The charge percentage will be determined by the size of the changes.
  • My processing time ranges from 2 weeks to 1 month. All are based on workload and communication.
  • When the commission is finished, I will need the remaining portions of the payment to be able to send the high-resolution PDF, JPG, and PNG files via e-mail.
  • If you would like full work files, that would cost an extra $10.

My work process

  • Round 1 of sketches
  • Round 2 of sketches  
  • Last round of sketches with all major decisions finalizes
  • Base color samples
  • In-depth coloring
  • Any added details and/or changes

Major Notes:

  • My work files are typically done in 8.5×11 inches at 300 dpi (unless requested differently)
  • I work mainly in Clip Studio Paint for all illustrations.
  • I also work in the Affinity 2 suite for graphic design services.
  • Need a minimum of 4 visual references
  • If there are no visual references, that is ok, but I require a mandatory brief written description of what you’re seeking
    • Ex 1: A creek surrounded by tall trees with a castle in the background.
    • Ex 2: A male triton holding a trident going into battle. The triton has long green hair, wears like a green cloth, and has a shell-like armor. He has the element control of water. So, I would like something as if he’s creating a wave. He’s also very humanoid in appearance.
  • Graphic Design services will require a second discussion after commission in-take to determine acceptance of the commission.
  • When filling out the commission in-take form, you can opt out of me being allowed to showcase your commission on any of my social media platforms and as a timelapse.
