Do you or your family make any special dishes for the holidays?

When I used to live with family they would make lasagna, flan, and potato salad for the holidays. Mainly because how much we all like these dishes and because of how time consuming they can be.

Sure, we made them all year round, but it was rare. And not everything at once. So during the holidays it was like a feast of all our favorites.
