Do you see yourself as a leader?

Yes, under certain circumstances.

Not every situation requires me or others to be a leader. Especially depending on what the circumstances is. Some people are smarter in fields than me, so I clearly can’t lead that. But where I feel comfortable and CONFIDENT in knowing something more than others then it makes sense for me to lead.

Can’t lead if you don’t know the situation. But also can’t be a blind follower either.

Under certain conditions anybody can be a leader, even if it’s for a few minutes to explain themselves. That’s the fun of being a team. A leader needs to know when to step back, but also when to step in.
