Race: Human/Blood Demon
Gender/Identity: Male
Sexuality: Gay

Partner: King Kensi the 3rd
Also Known By: Queen Eric, Pixie (Fairy), Trader, (Childhood before abuse) Queen of the Pixies, Human Killer
Summary: Abusive father. Was abused since the age of 6, after father became a soldier. This is when the father true colors came to light, and also abuses the mother. His mom supported him in liking to dress up and even played with his long hair. She taught him magic and other life lessons about the world around them. At the age of 13, his father killed his mother for believing she was the reason Eric was weak, and even cut off Eric’s hair. When the father found out he liked men the abuse became worse. Even had threaten to kill him on multiple occasions.
Eric was then focus to do something drastic to survive and was able to become stronger than his soldier abusers. But was still terrified to face his own father, and other generals. At the age of 16 he was force to go on a raid, something he strongly didn’t believe in. This is when he comes to care for the 2 orphan children, that he was part of their parents’ deaths. He comes to not only be extremal overly protective of them, but also becomes their guardian and father figure. These children are Damon (0) and Emma (6). On their travels he slowly opens up, and the children are very encouraging.
Eric is very loyal, outspoken, and straightforward. But doesn’t trust easily, especially after being hurt by someone he finally opened up to. He can be very uptight and very angry. Almost anything sets him off. When it comes to humans, he’s uncaring and kills without second thoughts. He likes pretty things, which Emma found out after he said he’ll wear a red dress to play, but was really interested in a pink dress. Due to him liking pretty things he finds non-humans more appealing to look at and admire. Even more when they’re male. He even comments on how pretty Emma’s scales are, and can see why they’re so highly valued. He’s also very suborned, a trait he passes to Emma and Damon.
When he meets Kensi, he’s awestruck. Because Kensi isn’t human Eric allows himself to admire him. To the point Eric shows his shiness. But due to his trust issues, he becomes defensive whenever Kensi suggest anything to do with the children. (10 years had passed since the raid.) Whenever Kensi touches him or does anything, he tries to deny his reactions. Kensi does something to him and he becomes embarrassed. Embarrassed at how his body openly showed his attraction to Kensi and the whole situation. But Eric also becomes angry with how it’s not fair for Kensi to be so open about who he is.
Eventually Eric and Kensi slowly build a relationship and Eric becomes more trusting. He slowly comes out of his shell, but Kensi also learns that Eric is very sensitive. Anything and everything can upset Eric. Eric is very responsible, strong will, and doesn’t back down without a fight. Things Kensi loves about him. Also, why Kensi’s brother didn’t kill him when they first met. Eric is the first male, Kensi chose, that fought back and wasn’t submissive.

Name: Kensi Jr
Race: Black/Silver dragon, Blood Demon
Gender/Identity: Male
Sexuality: Gay
Age: 500
Partner: Eric
Also Known By: King Kensi the 3rd, Blood General, The Protector
Summary: Kensi grew up alongside his brother, Sin, during the time Victor was over powering their parents. Kensi and Sin at one point acknowledge Victor as being an older sibling. The father became highly upset when finding out his son, next to claim the crown, was gay. But swallowed his pride and made it his goal to make Kensi a worthy king, regardless on who his son loved. Kensi and his father have an understanding relationship, that took years to build on.
(Currently building on that with my work, Invader on Wattpad. But here’s a taste of a future chapter where I cover this a little:
“Trying to change you would make it that I am no father. I rather bite my tongue and be a good father, than ever shame my children! Remember this well. I rather you be true to yourself than lie because how someone else feels.”)
He lived a very shelter lifestyle. Not being able to do anything without someone being with him, or even living the castle on his own. He is known to be very curious and outgoing. Is even very playful and trusting of others. Due to him being super trusting of strangers is why Victor, Sin, and his father are overprotective of him. He can be very shy when he comes across males, he finds super attractive. He’s surrounded with family and servants who encourage his childlike behavior, they even find it entertaining at times.
Kensi not only becomes a strong and wise leader, he takes his father’s advice to heart. Over the 500 years he had 3 (long lasting) relationships, who were eventually killed off, after finding out what their true intentions were. It did, however, take years for him to convince Sin and Victor to stop killing every male he likes. But he at least understood why they did it.
Kensi is very flirtations and is very open with his emotions. His personality on and off the battlefield is very different. On, he can be calm and collected and comes off as strong leader that everyone respects. Off, he’s like a huge kid that enjoys life and the little things. He’s also an extremely sensitive, and becomes the most feared person (second to Victor). Kensi isn’t easily anger without reason. He’s sensitive about the people he cares for, and hates injustice. Which to many creatures he got the nickname “The Protector.”
During his first 3 relationships it was very one-sided, but he wasn’t aware of that. It was after the fact Victor or Sin killed the person he would later find out. But with Eric there was something completely different. His attraction to Eric was instant, compared to the others. It was also the most powerful. During this time, he had become bonder when addressing a new male, but he still was shy.
It was after he openly admitted that his emotions for Eric that something changed. He took his time getting to know this human male. He even becomes highly protective of Eric, compared to his past lovers. Eric is the only one who didn’t bend to Kensi’s will, and that was an added bonus to Eric’s already strong will nature. The fact Eric openly challenges him, regardless of being weaker. Also, the fact that Eric accepts Kensi as a whole compared to past lovers.
For Kensi, Eric is the only one who saw past his title, the fact that he’s not human, and accepted him for everything he is. Where everyone disliked his playful attituded, Eric would enjoy it. Where past lovers didn’t want to see anything that had to do with his dragon half, Eric actually loves it.
…
Summary of their over all relationship: Even though Kensi is much older, he acts younger than Eric. His manners and carefree nature has the people who serve under him forgetting he’s a king. By dragon standards (in my book) Kensi is a young adult. Not teenager or early 20s. More or less a human version of early 30s. He’s not only very silly at times and playful, he also enjoys attention.
Kensi is consider to be passive, compared to his family and species. Doesn’t really kill without a good reason. It takes a lot for him to go to that point. His twin brother, Sin, is the aggressor, which in a way even things out. Yet, Kensi is the strongest of the two and is well feared when pushed. Yet, Eric is easily pushed to violence and is very hard to calm down. Kensi eventually has it that he’s not only able to calm Eric down, but makes it his priority to always be around when something triggers Eric. Kensi is extremely protective of Eric, and it’s rare to see the two apart.
Eric isn’t one for attention, but doesn’t mind given the attention. Due to his past is why he can come off cold and extreme in his views. He not only kills any human for just looking at him funny, he has a burning hatred for human soldiers. This is why Kensi doesn’t like Eric going into town alone.
…
Nonsense time:
If I were to put Kensi and Eric in the real, modern, world I would say they were two different types of goths. (Points finger at myself. I have a gothic sense of aesthetic about 85% of the time). Kensi would be the heavy metal type, while Eric is a pastel goth.
Kensi would be all dark and hardcore, yet his personality is so fluffy that he’s like a teddy bear. A fluffy cute black bear who just wants to snuggle and be showered with attention. Looking like he could kill you, but is the sweetest thing in the world.
Eric is all about the cute and beautiful. I could see him rocking drag like it’s his job. Yet, crossing him is like you asking to die. He’s the one who surprises you with how aggressive he his, while he looks harmless being the cutest thing you have ever seen. Eric is more like a panda. So cute, but don’t go near his cubs. He likes to be left alone, but doesn’t mind good company. Is very guarded, which is why it takes a long time for people to get close to him.
Thinking about them is super adorable. Kensi wrapping himself around Eric like a dog, while Eric pets Kensi’s tail. Both are understanding of each other, and work well with each other’s personality. While Kensi could read Eric like an open book, everyone else doesn’t understand how they upset the volcano that is Eric. Yet, Eric can easily put Kensi in his place with passive-aggressive force.

Side-note: I finished writing this prompt yesterday, and something happened before I post this. I’m not going to ruin this beauty with a rant. But heads up, a rant is coming.
