What have you been working on?

My health, both physical and mental. I progressed in my mental health to the point I’m now able to add on working on my physical health. Because a lot of mental blocks made it difficult to deal with my physical health. So I’m glad I’m now able to tackle more parts of my health.

I’m also working on my book, again. Since my first version wasn’t where I felt proud and happy about. Especially because I allowed a lot of outside influences take away from my goal for my book. So, now, on my health journey I’m able to not be easily influenced and work on something that’s truly me.
