After struggling with finding the motivation to get back into walking and working out, I finally found my stride again. From starting small to full-on returning to treadmill workouts. Which, funny enough, is starting to walk consistently past 5K back-to-back; that is all one needs to get back in motion.
Yet, for some, 5,000 steps might seem too much at first. So it’s best to start small, roughing 3,000 steps. If you can walk 3K steps and still feel in motion, it becomes easy to reach 5K because you’ve already started. The hardest part is starting, but finishing is the best feeling. Sometimes it’s best to do it in sprints.

This is returning to my rhythm. Once I’m in motion, it’s hard to stop.
