What is good about having a pet?

She’s my cat. What other reason is there? Anyone with a pet or a child (most of the time) would always think their pet/child is the best.

Pets are good company. It’s hard to feel alone when you have a creature that requires your attention and energy. It also helps those who struggle taking care of themselves, because here’s a creature that requires your help to survive. Which is helpful, in my case, to stay on track to make sure I take care of both of us.
