Been dealing with stomach issues for a couple of days. This as been affecting my bathroom habits, and even the number on the scale. Like my weight has gone up a full pound in one week. Even though I know I been doing great in my active levels. So, the only thing that is likely affecting everything is my diet.

Also in this past week I haven’t been eating fruits and vegetables. Which can explain everything.
I do take part in certain sauces that have fiber in them, but I don’t eat enough to affect my digestive system.

Even though I have plenty of veggies and fruits, I just haven’t had eating them. I gotta lazy and just been eating anything that’s quick and easy. Aka sandwiches and my breakfast burritos.

But I need to eat a complete meal to stay on track. So glad I have to do another round of meal prep. This time I’ll make sure there’s plenty of easy access to veggies, making it hard to miss or forget.
