As I’m daydreaming of my characters, from 200 years in the future, going back in time and telling stories, I came up with some funny ideas. Hear me out. At that I plan to use this in my Red Dragon series but not sure how everything got there. Story time.
Story 1: Eric and Victor are the same.
Emma and Damon are telling a story about how Damon spoke with his dead father. They learned that he was attracted to Kensi and how feelings, but didn’t go through with it because Victor couldn’t stand Kensi’s personality. Then Emma and Damon told Victor everything about Eric and Victor stated how Kensi pretty much mated with his personality twin.
Eric and Victor or both very uptight and loves things in a certain way. Both are easily angered and takes a lot to calm them down. Eric just happens to kill for a reason, while Victor kills for no reason. Both hates their fathers. Both are attracted to Kensi. But it’s Eric that loves Kensi and everything about him. Victor just loved the fact that Kensi is hot and wouldn’t have mind being sexual with. Both are the jealous types.
I almost died laughing at how I didn’t realize I did this, but it makes sense. But’s it ok. It’s my characters and I could do whatever I want.
Story 2: Damon is pansexual
Emma is telling everything about a time, after Damon became 100, and that he was bored. Damon is trying to shut her up because the story is really embarrassing and is being told not only to Eric, Kensi, Sin, Sin’s son, and the younger versions of themselves, but also to his mate to be. It’s embarrassing because it’s how they found out that Damon was pan and everything else that followed since then.
Up until Damon was 100 he didn’t really care about sexual encounters and thought it was a wasted of time. In my book when a dragon reaches 100 they are of breeding age, and reached the teenager years of dragons. Everyone is different. Like how Emma is still considered a child, even though she is 16. Yet she had her first sexual encounter at 16, and also having her period. I will not get into this, but male and female dragons are different. She having her period and going into heat before 100 isn’t a bad thing, but it does not mean she can breed and have children. Her body is just adjusting itself because her physical form grows like humans.
So, on a boring day after becoming 100, Damon asked Emma what they should do to have fun. Emma wants to have fun and bed woman. Damon doesn’t get it. It eventually leads to Emma trying to figure out what does Damon like. Girls or boys. For days neither seems to work. So, Emma ties Damon to a chair, blindfolds him, and cover his mouth and nose with a cloth that has different smells.
Then Damon feels two people on his lap. They do stuff and eventually Damon is allowed to see and smell what’s going on. Even is untied from the chair. He’s angry with Emma. He tries to walk over to Emma but is stopped by the male and female that were on his lap. Emma leaves the room for the rest of the day. When she checks in on Damon he’s cuddling with the other two. In the end, for 2 months, he has a relationship with the pair.
Story 3: Nona
My character Nona is from my book Dark Princess, and was the original idea for Red Dragon. It’s where Damon, original name Tenak, is from. But a lot has change and Nona might not be the character’s name when I get to her. But she is Sin’s second child and is born when Damon is reaching 200 years of age. They meet when she is a baby and they without meaning to have become bonded. Sin, as a protective father, hates this fact. Yet was told by a fortune teller this was going to happened and also when he was going to die.
Sin tells Damon this and makes Damon promise to not mark his daughter until she is of breeding age; 100 years old. Before anyone says again, in Dark Princess Tenak is 200 years old when he meets Nona who is 18. Kensi is 500 when he becomes mates with Eric, 26. Max is over 650 years old when she becomes Emma’s first girlfriend. Emma is 16. I don’t know why I did this but screw it. I blame when I was shipping Sesshomaru with child Rin and hoping when she became an adult this will be together. Basically immortals who love other immortals.
Well, after that whole things, Sin forbids Damon to see Nona until she is older. Or when he dies to be the one to watch over his daughter. Damon agrees and as a gift gives his phoenix to Nona, to watch over her. Move forward to when Sin dies and Nona is 20. Damon is basically trying to help her revenge the murder of her father.
There’s tension between them. Nona because she feels she knows this strange person. Also the fact that her phoenix listens to him. Not to mention that he’s trying to get to know her but is also very cold towards her. Like he can’t be trusted but she is uncontrollably drawn to him.
For Damon it’s much worth. For starters Nona is much more beautiful than he could have imagine. She grew up in a lot of ways. But because he promise and respects her, he doesn’t try anything. he tries to be very distant for the majority of the time. But that does not stop him from being very over protective. Cursing under his breath every time she does something he finds cute. Tries not to kill every male that dares touches her. And even internally screams when he’s alone because he can’t do anything.
But eventually they do begin a well slow and healthy relationship. Yeah, Damon has to do 80 years worth of painfully courting Nona before he could mark her as his. And the other thing I could think about that could happen during those 80 years is Damon being driven mad up the wall and Nona enjoying his torment and making it worth for him.
Story 4: Sin’s Son
Sin’s son and Damon do not like each other. The dude did something that made Kensi tell his own nephew to not make him choose.
That’s fucked up. Something is wrong with me. I think of the twisted darkest stuff and find pleasure in writing it. But then feel encouraged how hardships gives a person character. Like how their hardships doesn’t defined them. But then I question my sanity. Like the whole age thing. Then I’m like technically the are of age for their time and makes sense. But then I look at it and see not a lot of this would be considered right in this day in age. Until I removed the first draft of Red Dragons and recall incest and rape. Then I look at this draft and realize this is way better version.
But there is rape and incest but are the villains and not my main characters. So, it balance out.
