I’m so out of it today that I’m gonna try my best to not push myself to reach all my goals. In a sense, I’m treating today as a reset day. Meaning it’s okay if I eat way less than my calorie deficit goals. It’s okay if I don’t reach my exercise goals.

As long as I ate and did some sort of exercise then I technically completed my task. It might not be enough to keep my record going but it’s something.

Especially after 3 days of horrible sleep.
