Today workout wasn’t planned, at least the weight part. But saw the weight room wasn’t super crowded, so took advantage of it. The room only started to get packed as I was leaving.
Super glad I did some strength training after such a long time. Plus I was kinda surprised by how much I was able to lift.
Makes me curious about how long it’ll be before I could move to bench press. Especially if I’m not able to ask for a spotter to help me. I eventually want to include power lifts, but need to get familiar with the equipment so I don’t hurt myself.
And more importantly, I NEED TO BRING MY WATER BOTTLE! Was super thirsty and dry coughing after my workout.
