So… I decided to get DailyBurn. Since out of all the things sis had me try with her (throughout her at home workout journey), DailyBurn was the only one I actually liked. And since I’m in a position where I can temporarily afford to get a service, why not get something I found fun.

Especially since one of the workout is MMA. And there’s other workouts that shares all the stuff I did when I took Taekwondo (in 8th grade). I really miss that kind of full body workouts.

I also miss the strength training that high school introduced me to. I been too focused on recreating the strength training setup from high school that I kinda ignored my other favorite form of exercise.

I wanna work my way to eventually take part in track and MMA. Not for competitive purposes.
