Today is fun, since it’s grocery shopping day. A lot of this going to sound weird and awkward because it’s my post on facebook, as I’m going through running errands.

From my the bottom of my right knee down to the bridge of my foot it fucking hurts! But gotta push through the pain.

When I say my leg hurts I mean like I’m currently limping around my apartment to relieve some pressure from my leg and foot.

Oh well, time to get back outside. Might do some strength training later today to even out the workload of power walking the majority of the day.

Gotta keep going until surgery. Because after that I’m forced to be completely immobile. With the exception of going to the bathroom and needing to eat. But no heavy duty walking or workouts.

Either January or February I should get a barbell and weight set. I do need to get 5 lb weights, but been putting that on hold due to my upcoming surgery. So, after a month I should be able to slowly increase my workouts. If so, then I need something more than what I currently have. Which are my 3 lbs dumbbells.

For the barbell set, I’m aiming to get a pair of 5 lbs and 10 lbs weights. Slowly build up my home gym as I increase my strength to be able to handle more.

Eventually I do want to get something that helps with working parts of my body I can’t normally do with my current abilities. Or I could just go to the gym for that. Even if it means I’ll have to wait for the equipment to be available or dealing with other people’s sweat. 🤮

Either way. Gotta give myself time and patience. If I work too hard and too fast I’ll do more harm than good.
