Day 2 of the MMA workout and I made it to 10 minutes, but I need a break. Doesn’t help I feel sore and walked an hour this morning. But I’m still gonna get through the full 30 minutes, even if it kills me.

The thing says I gotta do burpees, but I’m doing pushups. I ain’t up to burpee level yet. But at least I’m still getting something done that’s close to it.

With that I did the second day of 30 minutes of exercise. I couldn’t squat as far as yesterday but that doesn’t matter because I still showed up and gave it my all.

I feel accomplished that I pushed through and did a second day of exercise. Even though I have plenty of excuses on why I didn’t want to today.
I’m sore from yesterday and I walked an hour this morning. But I still pushed myself to follow through with the promise I made to myself.
Unless I’m sick or broken a bone, I will workout and walk 5K everyday. Regardless of all the excuses I made for myself then and now. I have to push through because I want some type of accomplishment that nobody can take from me.
