Kinda wonder if I should have weighed myself yesterday since that would have been exactly 7 days from my last weight. Oh well. I could either go in denial about my weight gain or I can admit that I have been struggling not tracking everything, especially the late night snack. And last night was the worse when I ate candy.

It wasn’t the worst because I ate candy. It was the worse because I ate more than one.

Either way I’m not gonna let this get to me like the way it got to me in June. I can’t make progress without some setbacks. No matter how much it sucks.

Not to mention for the past week all I been doing is walking and not adding any extra workouts. Let alone I been missing certain snack time and prolonging when I do eat a meal. So I also have to factor in that. Which could be what’s causing me to have my nighttime snacking.

Oh great. The week I tried to see how I do with how I typically am day to day is the week I show little progress. Not saying I don’t show any progress, just very little. Which means I gotta step it up.

It also proves I was right about me reaching a plateau with walking. Walking is easier for me. I truly need that extra workout if I want to see improvement in my health.

I already knew I had reached a plateau, but it’s nice to see proof of it. If that makes any sense.
